For participants of the Society for Medical Anthropology Department various shuttle services will be provided. For all participants staying at the Clarion Hotel, Premiere Hotel, and La Quinta Hotel shuttles will be provided to bring you to and from the conference location each day. See below for specific pick up and drop off times.
On Sunday all participants will be provided with an hourly shuttle service to provide pick ups at all Downtown New Haven hotels and Woolsey Hall. All shuttles will makes rounds to the hotels and Woolsey Hall and proceed to both the train station and CT Limo terminal. See below for more details.
Thursday, September 24th:
3:30pm Shuttle will pick up at La Quinta & Premiere Hotel & bring attendees to Woolsey Hall

8:00am-6:00pm Shuttle service for ALL attendees on an hourly basis will be provided. Pickups will be at all Downtown Hotels including: Omni Hotel, New Haven Hotel, The Study, The Courtyard Hotel, and Woolsey Hall. Shuttles will pick up and drop off at New Haven Train Station or CT Limo Terminal.
For all participants staying at the New Haven Hotel, Omni Hotel, Courtyard Hotel, and The Study you will be provided with walking guides to lead you to Woolsey Hall.
Friday, September 25th:
6:45am A walking guide will depart from each of the four downtown hotels and proceed to Woolsey Hall
7:15am A walking guide will depart from each of the four downtown hotels and proceed to Woolsey Hall
