Registration and all plenary events will be held in Woolsey Hall (500 College Street); see the conference map for all the conference site locations. Due to changing room availability, session room assignments are likely to vary from those posted previously and have been removed from the posted schedules - hard copies of the final room assignments will be given out at registration and will be available the web a few days before the conference.

For participants of the Society for Medical Anthropology Department various shuttle services will be provided. For all participants staying at the Clarion Hotel, Premiere Hotel, and La Quinta Hotel shuttles will be provided to bring you to and from the conference location each day. View shuttle schedule.
On Sunday all participants will be provided with an hourly shuttle service to provide pick ups at all Downtown New Haven hotels and Woolsey Hall. All shuttles will makes rounds to the hotels and Woolsey Hall and proceed to both the train station and CT Limo terminal. View shuttle schedule.
