Jackson Institute for Global Affairs at the MacMillan Center (JIGA)

With the Director, articulate and execute a strategic vision for the Jackson Institute for Global Affairs at the MacMillan Center (JIGA), a major new international, interdisciplinary institute. Direct and manage the operations of the JIGA including academic programs, administrative, financial, development, student affairs and public affairs functions. Develop a comprehensive program of executive educational programs to be based at JIGA in conjunction with the Director. Design, lead and supervise a new university-wide international and public service career advising service. Report directly to the Faculty Director of JIGA and the Associate Director (lead administrator) of the MacMillan Center.

The Middle East Studies Council at the MacMillan Center

With great latitude for discretion and independent decision-making, manage and perform a wide range of administrative, financial, research and educational activities for the Middle East Studies Council (MES) within the overall policies of MacMillan Center and Yale University. Support the Chair and Associate Chair in all matters relating to the work of the Middle East Studies Council, including any special initiatives that may be launched.
