In addition to assisting current MacMillan Center students, the Career Office gives high priority to assisting alumni with their career planning and development needs and to seeking innovative and exciting ways to get alumni involved and interested in our programs.
The global marketplace is fluid and we expect that many of our graduates will be involved in job searches throughout their careers. OCAS offers assistance to alumni in:
- Redefining career goals, updating skills
- Giving the latest advice on resume and cover letter preparation
- Discussing the latest employment trends in a particular industry
- Providing access to online job search services

The Yale Career Network (YCN) helps alumni and current students connect with other Yale alumni for the purpose of seeking advice, building connections, discussing career objectives, and exploring new career fields. IR alumni and students are encouraged to register with the YCN by logging onto the Association of Yale Alumni website at: www.aya.yale.edu and following the links to the Yale Career Network.
