Excel Submission Instructions

If you have many students, or want to keep a copy of submitted data for yourself, you may input it in an Excel spreadsheet, and then send it to Carl Sharon via email as an attachment.

Excel spreadsheets can be sent as attachments to carl.sharon@yale.edu.

Use these Excel columns for uniformity:

A - Student's name
B - home address
C - home city
D - home state
E - home zip code
F - home phone #
G - home email address
H - College or university name
I - College's city
J - College's state
K - student's year of graduation (or "grad" if a grad student)
L - student's at-school address (if known)
M - student's at-school city (if known)
N - student's at-school state (if known)
O - student's at-school zip (if known)
P - student's at-school phone number (if known)
Q - student's at-school e-mail address (if known)
R - home congregation name
S - home congregation city
T - home congregation state
U - Pastor's name
