Yeah; most of these attacks are aimed at security holes that've
been plugged for months or years.
To keep your stuff current, though, it never hurts to go to
RedHat's errata pages and see which of your RPMs need freshening. (Or use
a similar mechanism if you're not of the rpm persuasion.)
