This is probably more appropriate a question for the CA list, since
\\bagel\support is a CA-specific resource. Not that it's meant to be
secure or private; there's just very little there that anyone else would
care about. :)
But because it demonstrates something important about smbclient, I'll
answer it here: You need to specify the domain ("workgroup") of the
account you're using. In this case, and in some others at Yale, your
account is in the YALE domain, so you should use the
-W yale
flag on the smbclient command line.
