I thought it would have been more accurately titled ``The Eric Raymond
Story.''
He strikes me as a fairly shameless, albeit immensely talented,
self-promoter. Frankly, for all he talks about how much he misses coding,
no matter how good fetchmail is, it doesn't come close to the way he
markets himself. But a good dose of chest-thumping braggadocio is always
entertaining.
The fact is, ESR is more than a little insane, and as a friend put it to
me recently, ``one nut is more than enough for any movement, and RMS
already fills that role admirably.''
