Hmmm... you should be able to do a cat foo.bin > /dev/audio or >
/dev/dsp, I think. Though if you're looking for something a half-hour into
the .bin file, that mayn't be the best strategy alone. (I think if you
tail foo.bin by an appropriate amount of bytes the right thing'll happen,
where the "right amount of bytes" is something you figure out with (total
size of file) * (start time of track you want / total duration of music in
.bin file ).
