Rosenfeld Lecture Hall is equipped with an auxiliary input, audio/video beamer. There is also an overhead projector for transparencies, etc. Please let us know if you need any other presentational equipment.
Each presenter is allowed 20 minutes for presentation plus 10 minutes for question and answer.
Coffee and pastries will be served throughout the day. Lunch will be provided. Dinner details to follow.
