Ora-03121 Error:

The Ora-03121 Error has three known possible solutions:

Solution 1:
         For Kronos' Oracle ODBC settings to work correctly, you must map the O: and T: to \\YapDfs02\Oracle

Solution 2:
         The path must contain the following:   O:\OraNT\Bin;O:\MsExtras;T:\OraNT\Bin;T:\MsExtras 

Solution 3:
         The System DSN "KTK1" must be setup as follows:

Ora-12154 Error

This error has one known solution.

Solution:
Delete the Oracle Registry Key located at:  Hkey_Local_Machine\Software\Oracle
Add Oracle Registry Entry Located at:        \\YapDfs02\Oracle\Regkeys\OracleClient.reg

NGP Launcher Error 

The NGP Launcher Error has one known solution:

Update ComCtl32.dll to Winnt SP4 version dated: 10/15/98 - Explanation

            A. Log on to the system with local administrative privliges 
            B. Open a DOS Sesion.  This operation must be done in DOS. 
            C. Rename ComCtl32.dll to ComCtl32.bak 

              C:\>rename \Winnt\System32\ComCtl32.dll *.bak 

            D. Copy SP4 Version to the Local System 

              C:\>copy \\YapDfs01\AdmApps\Kronos\KNFix\ComCtl32.dll \Winnt\System32\ComCtl32.dll 

            E. Close DOS Window 

               C:\>exit
