General Picnic Information

The 2008 Spring Adopted Friends will be held on April 12th at Street Hall, Yale University. We have planned a variety of fun indoor and outdoor activities for the children, weather permitting. For the parents, we will be continuing our tradition of holding a discussion panel and other informational sessions.

As in the past, KASY requests a suggested donation of $15.00 to help finance the Picnic. If you would like to view a budget report, please feel free to contact me. PLEASE do not let the cost prevent you and your family from attending but be sure to let me know. Please make checks payable to KASY. Donations of drinks and/or other refreshments are always appreciated. We sincerely thank you for your continual generosity and support!

In order to accommodate the older participants, anyone who is a sophomore (or older) in high school is encouraged to be big sibs for our younger participants. If the older participants feel more comfortable remaining little sibs, then this is definitely not a problem. We hope by providing our little sibs with the opportunity to be big sibs, it will allow them to experience a different aspect of our semi-annual picnics.
