Welcome to the homepage of Kasama, the Filipino Club at Yale.

Since its inception in 1989, Kasama has striven to represent the interest of Filipino and Filipino-American students at Yale on social, political and cultural levels. It is also the goal of Kasama to contact and correspond with other Filipino organizations in New Haven and beyond.

On the social level, Kasama's main purpose is to bring Filipino and Filipino-American students at Yale together to interact, form friendships, and practice tagalog.

On the political level, Kasama offers various forms and discussions through which Yale students express political concerns relating to Filipino and Filipino-American issues, whether local, national or international.

On a cultural level, Kasama strives to further awareness of Filipino culture, history, and heritage.
