Central Campus - Preliminary Process
- Ensure that your organizational unit endorses the project.
- Determine the goals, intended audience, needed information, and organization of the page(s).
- Create the documents that will be used - or - contract with a design service (ITS Web Services)
- Use of all information technology services is governed by the Yale University Information Technology Appropriate Use Policy (AUP). Please be sure that you have read and are familiar with the appropriate policies as well as the AUP before requesting an account on the Web server.
- Manage and maintain your pages on a regular basis.
The server is to be used for finished publications, and not for construction or modification of documents. Web documents should be developed locally on personal computers and then uploaded to the server.
