Gateway Support
Gateway offers software downloads and searchable support documents for technical support. You can customize your access to downloads and documents by inputting your Gateway serial number.
IBM Support
IBM's support site offers a search for technical support, update downloads, and support for several different products. You can also place and monitor hardware service requests online.
Microsoft Help and Support
Microsoft offers constant software updates for download, as well as a searchable knowledge base and community forums in which you can ask questions. They also provide support information and FAQs by product, such as Excel or XP.
Symantec Security Response
Symantec, the makers of Norton AntiVirus, maintains a list of recent virus threats and security advisories. It also provides a virus encyclopedia and comprehensive removal instructions and tools. This page is extremely helpful for virus protection and information.
