Requesting a Pantheon List (Panlist)
If you need further assistance, contact listmaster@yale.edu.
You can use the Pantheon List Management Tool to request a new list or view the lists you currently own.
- Access the the Pantheon List Management Tool. Once you have signed in through CAS,
click Continue.

To request a new mailing list, click Request list creation.

Select whether you are a faculty member or undergraduate, graduate student or staff member.

Select whether the list should be Public (displayed in the subscribers list of subscriptions) or Private (not listed in the subscribers list of subscriptions. The Public/Private setting does not affect whether an individual can unsubscribe from your list, however, a Private list will require that an individual know the listname that they want to unsubscribe from. We recommend setting the list status to Public.

Fill in your list name request in the Desired list name: field. It should only contain the listname, rather than the complete email address (e.g. yalies if you are requesting a mailing list at the address yalies@panlists.yale.edu. Hit Submit when you are finished.

Fill in a brief summary of the purpose of the list in the Purpose of list: field.
- Hit Submit when you are finished. If the list name is available and you have completely filled out the form, you will receive a message that your list request has been successfully requested.
- Once your request has been processed you will receive an email from listmaster@yale.edu.
