Update and Secure your Operating System

    Download and install Symantec Antivirus from Yale.

  2. Update and secure Windows

    If you use Windows, run Windows Update and configure your computer for automatic Windows updating.

  3. Register Your Network Connection

    You must visit www.yale.edu/netreg to register your computer's Ethernet cards (wired and wireless) to gain full access to Yale's network.
