1. Several Account Holder
by PTAEO by Person reports did not automatically generate on Monday,
December 8, due to a failure of Brio 9 to handle reports where there
had been no charges to a PTAEO during the November period. As a
result, the intended recipients received emails with no report. These
reports were regenerated manually and distributed on Tuesday, December
9. If you did not received a report or if you received an email with no
report output, please contact dw.usersupport@yale.edu.
2. If you are an author of reports in the DataWarehouse Reporting Portal who sends report output via email, you should be aware of the following:

Since the upgrade, we have seen a small percentage of report outputs that have increased in size beyond what is allowable through the University’s email servers. On December 9th, attachment size on the University’s email servers was increased from 10 mb to 20 mb.

Based on the November month-end close, it is expected that less than 1% of report outputs contained in Portal (104 of the 12,000) will be undeliverable via email without additional manipulation from the report authors.

If you have output files that you know exceed this 20 mb limit, please download the reports from the Portal directly and contact dw.usersupport@yale.edu for assistance.

Many report outputs in Version 9 are larger than they were in Version 6.

Email recipients of all report outputs generated from the Portal should move the email with its attachment from the inbox to a locally created folder.
