Film services

In most cases, digital imaging technology allows for better control over color and tonal scale, resulting in higher quality images. Due to the advantages of digital technology and reduced demand for chemical photography, the production of black and white negatives, slide duplication and E-6 processing have been discontinued as of January 1, 2008. While 35mm slides may still be produced for printed materials and art work, it will take approximately two weeks for the film to be processed by an outside vendor.

Payment options

Departmental requests require a valid PTAEO. If you do not have access to this information please ask your business office.

The turn-around time for most projects is five working days; however, complex orders may take longer. All rush work is subject to manager's approval.

Non-departmental requests

Acceptable payment methods include Mastercard, Visa or debit card. All non-departmental requests are obligated to pay Connecticut Sales Tax.
