Film Services

In most cases, digital imaging technology allows for better control over color and tonal scale, resulting in higher quality images. Due to the advantages of digital technology and reduced demand for chemical photography, the production of black and white negatives, slide duplication and E-6 processing have been discontinued as of January 1, 2008. While 35mm slides may still be produced for printed materials and art work, it will take approximately two weeks for the film to be processed by an outside vendor.

Payment options for digital imaging, photographic services, graphic design and illustration services

Departmental requests require a Request for Services. The turn-around time for most projects is five working days; however, complex orders may take longer. All rush work is subject to manager's approval.

Non-departmental requests

Acceptable payment methods include check, Mastercard, Visa or debit card. All non-departmental requests are obligated to pay Connecticut Sales tax.

Note: Effecitve July 1, 2008, we will no longer accept checks.
