Poster show for professional meetings

We specialize in designing and printing large-format conference posters, as well as exhibition-quality fine art posters. Archival large format printing is available on several different media, e.g. luster, glossy, ultrasmooth and 100% fine art rag  papers, to meet the demanding standards of discriminating artists.

See our gallery for more detailed examples of our conference poster presentations.

Tips for creating and/or printing a poster:

How to submit your work

  • photo+design order form

Turn around time is normally 3 - 5 days.
  • You may also drop off your poster in person at 135 College Street, Suite 101. Be sure to bring the following information if you drop off your poster:

    • final poster size
    • due date
    • your email address
    • phone number
    • charging instructions (see below)

Suggested file format

The best file format to bring us for printing is a PDF. A PDF file generated from the program you made the poster in (such as Powerpoint or Illustrator) will lock everything into place as a high-resolution bitmapped image. Be sure to view thoroughly on your monitor before bringing it to us to be sure nothing has disappeared or shifted from the original poster file. PDF files can be created directly from within most applications. Otherwise, Adobe Acrobat can be used to create them. Acrobat is available free on the ITS website. When generating a PDF, be sure to embed fonts and make sure it is optimized for print (or high-resolution).

NOTE: We are unable to make changes to a PDF file. If, after viewing a small proof, you decide changes must be made on your poster you will have to make the changes on your original poster file and submit a revised PDF to us for final printing.
