Acceptable payment methods include Mastercard, Visa or debit card. All non-departmental requests are obligated to pay Connecticut sales tax.

Purchasing advice
Purchasing AV equipment can be a daunting task, especially if you aren’t familiar with the technology. For assistance, please contact George Dobuzinsky, AV Systems Engineer, 203.436.4915, who can recommend equipment based on your programmatic requirements. Please consider warranty and extended service options when making your purchase.
Project management
Media Services can assist in the design and integration of audio-visual systems for learning spaces, conference rooms, common rooms and research labs. We work closely with the Office of Facilities to ensure the systems are in compliance with building code and adhere to the Design Guidelines for Yale Learning Spaces and established Technology Levels (Tiers 1-4).
