Importing email into Apple Maill

Unzip the .zip file you downloaded to your computer. Unzip the contents of the file to your desktop. This should include a folder called "email."

Go to the File menu and select Import Mailboxes...

Check the radio button next to Other and click Continue

Navigate to the email folder that you previous unzipped, select it and click Choose

Check the box(es) next to the file(s) you would like to import and click Continue

The files can be found in the Import section.
