Normal Business Hours (M-F 8:30am-5pm)
- Send email request to message@yale.edu for planned outage or medium priority (sent/posted ASAP or within 24 hours)
- For emergency outages send email to message@yale.edu and call 432-1081
After Normal Business Hours
- For emergency outages call the ITS Communications on-call number: 432-1081
- For updates to the status page, call the ITS Data Center at 432-6506

- email_po_#.txt - if needed, there is a breakdown of lists for each PO
NOTE: Requestor will indicate if Central Campus, Medical or all are affected by message. Individual lists are available by PO number in the Notify System:

Global send option will send to all users logged into either the CISNT or YALE domain. If this option is used, there is no need to send to individual lists noted above.
