Blackberry Storm descends at Yale

The new Blackberry Storm has arrived, and we’ve updated our website with configuration information and FAQs to help you get up and running. The Storm features the first Blackberry touch screen and the latest Blackberry operating system and applications.
We’ve also added instructions on how to "tether" your Blackberry device, allowing you to use your phone to connect your computer to the Internet.

Password management reminder

As we reported previously, Yale ITS is implementing a new process for managing passwords at Yale in an effort to increase campus information security. Sometime in the next 12 months, anyone who uses a NetID and password to access services on the web through the ITS Central Authentication Service (CAS) will be prompted to change their password automatically once per year.
