ITS Communications

ITS Communications provides inter-organizational and university-wide communications between ITS and clients. We manage ITS' web presence and promotions and educational materials related to new or important services. We produce an internal and a University newsletter that covers IT-related topics

ITS Communications also provides a messaging service that supports large-scale email messaging. It consists of both a self-service interface built into the message application for sending targeted messages and a personalized customer service enterprise. The latter provides hands-on assistance sending targeted messages, identifying target audiences, managing and manipulating lists, posting material online, and establishing dynamic access restrictions to materials. Lists can contain Yale and Non-Yale email addresses.

ITS Communications has identified several tools available for communicating at the University. Please see our communications tools matrix to assist you in identifying and using the communication tool that best meets your needs.
