Big Brother monitoring system Yale University

This manual is intended to document the installation, setup, configuration and trouble-shooting of the network monitoring system, Big Brother, at Yale University. This guide is not intended to replace the Big Brother documentation, only to document the specific directory locations of the Big Brother components. In short, it's a reference guide to help with Big Brother tasks like: adding clients, changing client configuration and trouble-shooting.

There is a Big Brother monitoring system which this document will refer to, one for the CS Dept. The CS Dept Big Brother monitor is located at http://wss.yale.edu/bb.
