System & Technology Access Request Tool (S.T.A.R.T.)
START's mission is to provide you with an automated tool for requesting or removing access to Yale's applications and services, to reduce the time it takes, and to reduce the complexity and varying requirements.

Central campus - (requires VPN from off campus)

Allows a user to request Central Campus Email, Central Campus Backup (TSM), Central Campus Remote Access, and Ethernet access. |

Email Alias |
Allows the end user to specify additional aliases for their Yale email accounts. |
START Access |
Allows a user to request access to START Access for Others and START Services for Departments responsibilities. |
SciQuest Access |
Allows a user to request access to SciQuest |
Telephone Services |
Allows a user to request Telephone Services, such as Calling Cards, Cell Phones, Pagers, TANs, and telephone sets and lines. |
Oracle Financial Planning |
Provides access to financial and management reporting from the Data Warehouse. Note: The CHANGE action is for modifying YAS values only. |
Oracle General Accounting |
Enables users to access LD, GL, JSA, and GM applications. Note: The CHANGE action is for modifying YAS values only. |
Oracle Human Resources |
Enables users to access HR and Payroll applications. Note: The CHANGE action is for modifying YAS values only. |
Oracle Payroll Time Entry |
Enables users to access Payroll Time Entry. Note: The CHANGE action is for modifying YAS values only. |
Oracle Procurement |
Enables users to access AP and PO applications in addition to web apps like Web Req, Web Inquiry, WIP, and SWAP. Note: The CHANGE action is for modifying YAS values only. |
