Distributed IT Support
Distributed IT Support provides a program of technical support for specified faculty, staff, and student computers and peripherals. A broad range of IT support services are available, from the basic desktop fixes to assistance with server-related issues. They also assist clients with planning and ordering equipment, offer customized, intensive VIP support and support various mobile devices such as Blackberries and iPhones. Support is tailored to each department’s specific needs.
