James Coleman

James Coleman is currently writing his dissertation, entitled Orphic Poetics and Dante's Legacy in Quattrocento Florence. His research interests include Renaissance Neoplatonism, 15th-century reception of Dante, reception of the classics in medieval and Renaissance Italy, Latin and vernacular humanism, epic poetry and chivalric romance, and the thought of Giambattista Vico.
