Laura Chiesa

Laura Chiesa, Lector, teaches Italian language and has developed multimedia and web-based programs for the study of Italian language and culture. She received her Ph.D. in Comparative Literature from UCLA. Her transdisciplinary research focuses on the literary, theatrical and architectural spaces of Modernity. She has written and published on Italian and French literature, contemporary philosophy and critical theory, visual arts and architecture. (On leave AY 2008-09)
