Eleonora Buonocore

Eleonora Buonocore

Eleonora Buonocore graduated in Philosophy from University of Siena in 2001. A former Erasmus Fellow and MA in Italian at the University  of Notre Dame, Eleonora’s research includes a doctoral thesis from University of Siena on medieval philosophy, focused on logic, Raymond Lull, and Lullism. Her current PhD in Italian aims to prepare her for further research on the relationship between philosophy and literary theory, particularly in the Middle Ages, in Dante and in early Renaissance thought. In the modern period, she also has interests in Italian women poets and novelists.
