Tuition, Fees, and Other Costs

All students selected for participation in the Yale Organ Week will receive full scholarship support, including room and partial board. Students will pay only the activity fee of $140 for the week. The fee is due upon acceptance to the workshop and is non-refundable.

Students are responsible for their own travel to campus and are expected to stay for the entire week. They should bring pocket money to cover snacks and incidental personal expenses.

Housing

Students will be housed in double rooms in a Yale residential hall. It may be possible to arrange for a single room by paying an additional fee. More housing information will be available upon acceptance.

Travel to and from New Haven

By plane

New Haven is served by Tweed Airport (HVN), and nearby airports at Hartford, CT (BDL), or New York area airports (EWR, LGA, JFK).

Ground Transportation to/from Airports

Taxi service between Tweed New Haven airport (HVN) and downtown New Haven should be in the $10-20 range. Taking a taxi to New Haven from BDL, JFK, LGA or EWR airports would be prohibitively expensive. Instead, the following companies provide shuttle service to New Haven:

   Connecticut LimousinePrime Time Shuttle
