Sharing

The Congregations Project seeks to establish a network of vital congregations who will be willing to serve as resources to the church at large.  Participating congregations are eager to share the results of their projects with other interested congregations, as well as their achievements in music, worship and the arts, serving as exemplars of creativity and quality in Christian worship.  Besides descriptive pages on the Institute’s website of the congregations, their projects, and the content of the summer seminar, there are many other platforms for meaningful exchange, including (but by no means limited to):

  • The Congregations Project Worship Blog where participants can post updates on their projects or share general news relating to their ministries in music, worship, and the arts with one another.
  • The Congregations Project Facebook page to keep interested congregations abreast of the latest news relating to the Congregations Project and its network of congregations, and to provide a forum for discussion of particular topics of interest.
  • Congregations Project YouTube channel through which participating congregations and the Yale Institute of Sacred Music can share video relating to the Congregations Project

This Congregations Project website is meant to be a place of creativity and renewal, and a source of inspiration to all seeking to enrich their congregational worship.
