Facilities Housing
Students in the Institute of Sacred Music are eligible to use housing
and dining hall facilities at the Divinity School. Information and
application blanks for both single and married student housing at
the Divinity School are sent after admission to the Institute has
been confirmed.
The Graduate Housing Office has dormitory and apartment units for
a small number of graduate and professional students. The Graduate
Dormitory Office provides dormitory rooms of varying sizes and prices
for single occupancy only. The Graduate Apartments Office provides
apartments consisting of efficiencies and one-, two-, and three-bedroom
apartments for singles and families. Both offices are located in
Helen Hadley Hall, a graduate dormitory at 420 Temple Street, and
have office hours from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Applications for housing are available online and must be downloaded
from the website (http://www.yale.edu/graduatehousing/)
and then mailed or faxed - along with your letter of acceptance
from Yale - to the address on the application form. The Web site
is the venue for graduate housing information and includes procedures,
facility descriptions, floor plans, and rates. For more dormitory

The University's Off-Campus Housing service, limited to current
or incoming members of the Yale community, is located at 155 Whitney
Avenue, 3rd floor, and is open from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 pm., Monday
through Friday. The listings may also be accessed from any computer
at Yale through the intranet at http://www.yale.edu/offcampushousing/
