Emphysema-Bilateral Bullous Disease

Notes

Computed tomography
Follow-up radiograph

COMMENTS

The radiograph shows extensive bilateral bullous disease with multiple calcified mediastinal nodes most clearly visible on the CT scan. There is a borderline enlarged heart size with a calcified aortic arch and attenuation of blood vessels to the upper lung fields showing evidence of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
