[an error occurred while processing this directive] This location is equipped with 24 network docking stations which provide access to the Yale Campus Network and the Internet from properly configured laptop computers.

PLEASE TURN OFF YOUR SOUND BEFORE USING YOUR COMPUTER.

Please note:  you will need your own phone or ethernet cable.  Also, some power adapters (integrated transformer plugs in particular) may not fit into the power outlets on the Main Reading Room lamps.

There are two methods of connection:
 

Method 1: Dial-Up / Modem

Twelve dial-up ports are available in the lamps at the dial-up table.  You will need the following to use them:             OR To connect: Note:  if you normally dial in from off campus, you may have to configure your dial-up software so that it dials a 9 before it dials the access number.
