About The Yale International Forum (YIF)

The Yale International Forum is the only undergraduate publication at Yale devoted to issues on international affairs and foreign policy. YIF is published four times a year by students at Yale College. The Yale International Forum Online is the magazine's first foray onto the Internet. All issues since the 1996 academic year are available online via the Issue Index.

Advertisers who wish to advertise in our paper publication can obtain more information about prices and how to advertise via Advertising. YIF receives a majority of its funding through the selling of advertisements and from donations by Yale Departments. As of now, there is no advertising on our website, only in the paper publication.

The Forum Focus is a new, online only feature of The Yale International Forum. As its name suggests, it is a forum for discussion on a timely topic of interest which will change with every new issue of the magazine. The topic will usually coincide with the feature article of each issue, but that may not always be the case. Staff writers and others are welcome to submit their opinions on the topic. The Forum Focus can also be used as a starting point for those of you interested in learning more about the current topic. Selected links to outside websites on the topic will be available, as well as links to articles written about the topic by other online publications. The Yale International Forum Online also has a Link Library, which is a collection of hypertext links to think tanks, NGOs, government agencies, research institutions and other online journals on international affairs. All of this is made possible with the assistance of Foreign Affairs Envoy, and the Foreign Policy Bulletin

Undergraduates, graduate students, faculty, and other individuals wishing to become involved with the magazine are invited to attend our weekly staff meetings or go to Staff Info. The views expressed herein are solely those of individual authors and not necessarily those of Yale College or Yale University. Send letters to The Yale International Forum, P.O.
