Post Fellowship Debriefing

  • The Light Fellowship holds a Pizza Dinner for returned Fellows to allow students to share their feedback and experiences with other Fellows and the Light staff.
  • The Student Advisory Committee (SAC) holds one social event per semester in which returned Fellows can participate. Light Fellows will receive email notification of these events.

Light Fellowship staff are also available for appointments to discuss issues related to Fellows' return, including:

  • Reverse culture shock
  • Reintegrating into the Yale community
  • Particular issues with programs
  • Future opportunities for returning to East Asia or using language skills
