Information to Read Before Requesting an Appointment
All prospective applicants are required to attend an information meeting before requesting an appointment to meet individually with a Light Fellowship staff member. Several group information meetings are held throughout the fall semester and provide important information about the application process. After attending an information meeting, students may schedule an appointment.
Note: Students must attend one of the Light Fellowship information meetings during the academic year of their application. No credit will be given for having attended information meetings in previous academic years. Previous Light Fellows who are applying again must therefore attend another information meeting.
Request an Appointment
Light Fellowship Online Appointment Request Form
Students must use the online appointment request form in order to make an appointment with the Light Fellowship Director or Assistant Director. If students would like to discuss the Light Fellowship application process or programs abroad, they must first attend an information meeting, which is also a prerequisite for submitting a Light Fellowship application. They may also visit during open walk-in hours.
Note: Appointments must be requested at least 2 business days in advance.
Open Walk-in Hours
Walk-in hours are held every Tuesday and Wednesday from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. at 55 Whitney Ave., 3rd floor. Students are seen on a first-come, first-served basis and do not need to complete the online appointment form. Students may discuss any aspect of the Light Fellowship but are strongly encouraged to attend an information meeting and to review the Light Fellowship Web site thoroughly beforehand.
