We in International Students, USA (ISUSA) and the International
Church at Yale (ICY) welcome you to the campus. Please allow us to share with
you the services we offer to Yale students. We are here to help.
ISUSA sponsors the International Church, an interdenominational effort to
establish a community that is centered in Christ and that meets on the campus
at Yale. Our meetings are held in Dwight Chapel on the Old Campus at ll:00
A.M. on Sunday mornings. We have a relaxed format with worship through
contemporary, traditional and spontaneous music; Bible teaching alternating with
discussion; prayer for the nations with input from Yale students. Dress is
informal. People from all backgrounds are welcome.
Free dinners will be hosted by ISUSA several times a year. This offers a
great opportunity to meet people from other nations. Dates of other dinners
will be announced shortly. Announcements will also follow of hospitality
tours, possibilities for having a friendship family or a friendship partner
and help for internationals with the English language.
Do you have questions about whether there is a God, what is the purpose of
life, what the Bible says, what it means to be a Christian, etc.? A
discussion Bible study group is held on Wednesday nights from 7-8: 30 in
Dwight Hall.
American students as well as international students are invited to all of our
functions. We wish you a successful and blessed year at Yale and look forward
to meeting you personally.
