6. Cleans gutters, roof drains, HVAC coils, ducts and fume hoods.
7. Crates and uncrates equipment.
8. Removes and/or replaces windows, screens and doors.

1. Performs tasks such as repairing/replacing loose door knobs, door closers, screens, missing or bent curtain rods, stuck windows and drawers, reinstalls peepholes, toilet paper holders, window handles, security latches, hanging objects on walls, patches holes, scrapes peeling areas and does touch-up painting.
2. Assists trades mechanics as assigned.
3. Performs minor grouting, caulking tile work and glazing on wood sashes.
4. Does re-lamping, replaces fuses, resets circuit breakers, and replaces cord caps.
5. Replaces faucet washers, packing washbasin stoppers and strainers, unclogs toilets and drains, repairs/replaces toilet seats, replaces shower heads and handles.

Uses application software and color graphics related to the automation systems and informs automation system analysts of all field changes.

Maintains large refrigeration equipment, built in refrigerators and small closed cooling systems for laboratory equipment. Performs incidental work required on the equipment maintained by the trade.

Diagnoses, tests and replaces oil burners and related equipment for efficiency, transformers, relays, controller, electrical thermostats, aqua stats, oil pumps, igniters and ceramics, stack switches, cad cell relays, automatic feed valves and safety valves.
