International Cultural Festival on April 21, 2007
All are invited to the International Cultural Festival, which will be taking place on Saturday, April 21, from 11:00am to 3:00pm on Old Campus.
The International Cultural Festival is a celebration of the diverse communities that comprise Yale University and the City of New Haven. The festival will feature exhibit booths presented by international student groups, a photo exhibition featuring the work of Yale graduate and professional students, and live music and dance performances throughout the day.
The International Cultural Festival is held in conjunction with Communiversity Day, the annual salute to the links between the campus and the city. Communiversity Day activities include games and rides for kids, a Community Action Bazaar for adults, and free food for all.
The International Cultural Festival is sponsored and coordinated by the Office of International Students and Scholars, with the help of the International Students Organization, and Communiversity Day is run by Alpha Phi Omega, Yale’s co-ed community service fraternity. For more information on the International Cultural Festival and Communiversity Day, please see www.yale.edu/icf. The event promises to be a fun (and educational) day for all involved.
