Temporary Employees Agree to Uphold Yale Standards of Business Conduct
To help ensure that temporary employees conduct themselves in accordance with Yale’s standards of business conduct, our four temporary services suppliers have instituted a new procedure.
Effective immediately, Jackie Matchett, Robert Half, Randstad and Kelly Services will now require temporary employees being assigned to work at Yale to understand and agree abide by Yale’s standards of business conduct.
Each temporary employee will review and sign Yale’s “Standards of Business Conduct” and our “Appropriate Use of University Information and Information Technology” agreements before beginning work at Yale or on their first day of work. Each agency will keep the signed copies in their records for that employee.
