Accounts Payable Reorganized with Customer Focus
In order to provide better customer service, Accounts Payable has been restructured, incorporating new technology and improved work processes. Additionally, the staff has spent a great deal of time building their capabilities by taking advantage of development opportunities including Yale's Customer Service Institute. To reflect their focus on the customer, they have also changed their name to Accounts Payable Services.
In addition to processing payments and reimbursements, the unit provides Accounting, Vendor Setup, Technology and Transaction Quality Services. For a complete directory, go to
