Office of the Controller Announces Account-Holder Workshops

Dates are available beginning Tuesday, October 24 for central campus by appointment and beginning Friday, October 27 for YSM via online registration.

The Account Holder Report by Person and the Account Holder Report by PTAO will be available on the Hyperion (Data Warehouse) Portal on Monday, October 23. Workshops are being offered to assist departments in transitioning to these reports. 

Schedule an appointment with the Financial Support Services department to determine the best Account Holder reporting solution for your organization.  If available, please bring to the workshop a current project/task manager/award PI list, data warehouse portal schedule detail report and a general idea of the department’s overall reporting needs.

If time permits (and as needed), a Custom Commitment refresher and a What If Tool demonstration will be offered.

Central campus workshops will be held up to the winter recess and resume as needed in January. Please contact Michele Greenhouse ( or 6-4363) to schedule an appointment. YSM departments are also welcome to attend sessions scheduled on central campus.

More than one person from a department may attend; please schedule them in the same session. Typically, morning sessions run from 9-10 and from 10:30-11:30; afternoon sessions run from 1:30-2:30 and from 3:00-4:00.
