Accuship Calls Transitioning to ITS Help Desk

On November, 14th, the ITS Help Desk (2-9000) will assume responsibility for customer calls regarding Accuship, Yale’s Express Shipping Solution.  Yale Accuship users should no longer call Accuship directly for help with creating online airbills and related issues.  Yale Procurement is working closely with our Help Desk representatives and Accuship to ensure a smooth transition.
