Eligibility
In order to enroll in a medical or dental plan, you must be scheduled to work at least 50% of the time. Here's a closer look at your Post Doc Fellows dental plan option:
You can choose to enroll in dental coverage or you can waive coverage. Please note: a two- year waiting period will apply if you cancel coverage after your initial enrollment.
A $50 individual annual deductible and a $100 family annual deductible for restorative/specialty will apply along with an individual annual maximum of $1,500.
