Dental Plan Options for M&P, Faculty, Police Supervisors & Police Command Staff, and Postdoctoral Associates
You can choose to enroll in dental coverage or you can waive coverage. A $50 individual annual deductible and a $100 family annual deductible for restorative/specialty services will apply along with an individual annual maximum of $2,000.
