On July 1, we will introduce Workday, the new human resources, benefits and payroll administrative system for faculty and staff. In preparation, the My Benefits site will be offline from June 1 through June 30, and the following changes will be managed manually during this period:
- Benefit plan enrollment and changes
- Qualified life events
- Yale Retirement Savings Program contribution changes
- Life Insurance Beneficiary updates
You can view your current Benefits Summary by clicking on the Access link to the right of My Health and Insurance or My Retirement Savings on the My Benefits page. On the next page, My Benefits Self Service System, click on Your Benefits Summary under Coverage at a Glance. Your Benefits Summary will display your current benefit plan and retirement savings plan elections as well as your dependents and beneficiaries.
In addition, My Pay and Info will be offline from June 5 through June 30, for the Workday transition and you will still be able to view the following:
• Personal Information
• Ethnicity; Veterans & Disability Status
• Direct Deposit
• W2 and W4
During the month of June, all faculty and staff who need to enroll in or make changes to their benefits, payroll and personal information should contact the Employee Service Center at email@example.com or 203-432-5552. On July 1, the My Benefits and My Pay and Info links on the Yale portal will connect you to Workday, where you will be able to view and make changes to your benefits, payroll and personal information.
If you have any questions, please contact Employee Services at 203-432-5552, Monday through Friday, between 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. You may also send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
