The University has generic job descriptions for managerial and professional job categories, which include representative duties, characteristic of the level of work being performed in a job. Job descriptions state the basic purpose of a job and the minimum qualifications needed to perform a job, such as education, experience, and special skills. The job descriptions are tools used in the recruiting, training, and performance evaluation processes.
Job descriptions are available upon request from the Compensation and Classification Section.
